Our story

Knit for the little years

Little Loop began at a kitchen table, with one pair of needles and a stubborn belief: a toddler's sweater should be as soft as the years are short. We knit in small batches — three signature sweaters, a handful of matching accessories — so every loop gets the attention a little person deserves.

No seasons, no surplus, no scratchy seams. Just heirloom knits meant to be worn hard, washed often, and handed down with the stories still in the wool.

Materials

Organic merino, nothing to hide

  • 100% organic merino wool — certified, mulesing-free, and soft enough against brand-new skin. Naturally temperature-regulating for naptime and puddle-jumping alike.

  • Wooden buttons & flat seams — sanded smooth, stitched flat, and free of anything that scratches or itches.

  • Machine washable — because the best toddler clothes are the ones parents actually reach for on a Tuesday.

What we believe

Three small promises

Small batches, always

We knit a few dozen pieces at a time. When a colourway sells out, it's gone — that's the cost of never over-making.

Made to hand down

Generous fits across sizes 1–4 years and reinforced cuffs mean each sweater is built for a second and third little owner.

Honest pricing

Fair wages for our knitters, fair prices for you, and no markdown games. Good wool costs what it costs.
